We keep making Samba Live faster and better for all users. This minor update mainly covers bug fixes and small improvements under the surface. 

Account Center

 Optimization

• Improved database maintenance routines, allowing for safer and more efficient use of our infrastructure and optimized performance.

 Fixed

• Resolved overwriting issues on event registration forms by preventing the creation of duplicate custom label names.
• Resolved issue wherein the session start time was showing incorrectly when creating session via API Put session method set in a timezone with daylight savings time.
• Resolved issue wherein the account holder was not able to create a non-advanced session via the API PUT session method.
• Resolved issue wherein a user with a "speakers only" Service Plan account was unable to assign participants as speakers.
  

In-Room

 New Features

• Improved the search functionality in the participants panel. The search bar will now be visible at all times. When filled in, it will work like a filter and shows only the matching users.

 Optimization

• Improved performance by implementing virtual scrolls on the Q&A list.
• Improved session performance by eliminating duplicate frontend calls when a user is entering the room.

 Fixed

• Resolved issue wherein an audience user was not able to hear a phone user in a hybrid-audio session after refreshing the browser.
• Fixed issue wherein when a user's name contains a special character, the user's name does not appear in the room.
• Fixed issue wherein direct chat messages that are being sent by a mobile app user are not showing for web users.

• Resolved issue wherein a mobile user was able to end a session, despite not having permissions to do so.
• Fixed mobile landing page messaging to reflect brand for OEM clients.
