Our latest update introduces new options to create custom roles and permissions in the admin settings. We also updated our webhook implementation to support basic authentication and fixed some minor bugs in our mobile app.
Account Center
New Features
Added an option to create a new Custom Role in the Admin Settings and a new "Discoverable by Audience" setting at the bottom of the Permissions matrix. If "Discoverable by Audience" isn't enabled, users under the Custom role will not be seen by Audience users in the Participants list. Note: Custom role is not yet supported in Breakout Rooms or our Mobile app.
Added an "Allow to export chat history" option in the Admin Panel Permissions. Admins can now decide which user types may download chat history.
Added a new checkbox labeled "Reply privately to questions in the Q&A panel" in the Admin Panel. Checking this option enables answering privately in the Q&A panel by default.
Added an option in the Service Plan settings to set the video quality to HD by default.
Enabled two new permissions—"Allow to Ask Questions" and "Allow to Answer Questions"—which are mutually exclusive for now.
