With this update, we add usage statistics to our admin panel and the often requested laser pointer for whiteboards. This update also allows mobile users to read, sort and filter Q&As. Additionally, we resolved some minor issues across our platform.

New Features
Added a new tab to the User Information page in the Admin panel called 'Usage Stats.' Admin users can now view the usage statistics of the company and each of the affiliate accounts in the Admin panel.
Added custom role to API GET/PUT/POST Users/Service plans methods.
Fixed
Resolved issue wherein the company's child account was displaying incorrect telephony details.
Resolved issue wherein the reminder and follow-up emails were not sent for recurring re-used sessions.
Fixed a language translation issue in the questions panel.
In-Room
New Features
Added a laser-pointer tool on the Whiteboard toolbar. Speakers and users with presentation rights can use this tool to draw attention to specific areas on the Whiteboard. Note: The pointer tool is not yet supported on content files that are opened within the Whiteboard.

Fixed issue wherein the virtual background selected by the user disappeared when moving in and out of break-out rooms.
Fixed issue in the Q&A panel wherein hovering on an answer failed to display its contextual menu.
Resolved issue wherein the Q&A panel was not showing correctly for users with an Audience or Custom role who have the 'Allow to Answer Questions' permission enabled.
Mobile
New Features
Mobile users can now read, sort and filter Q&A. Queueing for live answer and requesting public vote are also supported in this release. Note: Support for creating and editing Q&A for mobile users will be added in an upcoming release. Multi-language support for this feature will also shortly be added.
Custom role is now supported on our Mobile App.

Resolved issue wherein a white screen appeared when demoting a mobile user from Speaker to Audience.
