In this update, we are introducing the new Whiteboard feature. This powerful collaboration tool allows participants to sketch out ideas, brainstorm, and illustrate concepts, all in real-time.
In our Dashboard, we've added a new page allowing team members to access the list of archived recordings. Additionally, we are introducing new product plans for small meetings. Read more about our latest update below.

Dashboard and API
New Features
- We're introducing a new family of product plans focused on solving the needs of business catering for small meetings. Customers conducting meetings with only a few participants can now benefit from running many more sessions simultaneously, for the same price.
- We added a new 'Archived recordings' page to the dashboard, empowering team members to access the list of archived recordings, track their programmed deletion date and immediately hard-delete any of them.
- We've introduced a 'Clone room' feature in our dashboard, empowering team members to quickly replicate and customise existing rooms, saving time in the process.
- We added a note next to the 'lock room' setting toggle in single-role rooms to remind team members that the toggle is disabled because there's only one role in the room.
- We improved the design of the top right menu of the dashboard.
- We standardised the layout and UI of the Roles page of the dashboard by making unique identifiers clickable, moving them to the left and highlighting rows in blue on hover.
- We introduced a new limitation to our waiting room. From now on, the waiting room will be limited by the 'concurrent participants per session' limit, so that no more users can be simultaneously waiting than the allowed in the room. This limitation aims at protecting our platform's infrastructure.
- We've enhanced our session detail page by introducing a privacy badge. This badge provides clarity to team members by clearly indicating whether the session is associated with a private or a public room.
Fixed
- We fixed the tooltip for the 'participation minutes' metric on the 'this period' module on dashboard stats page.

New Features
- We're releasing the whiteboard, a new feature designed to empower participants in presenting their ideas more effectively. This initial release comes with a versatile set of tools and features that cater to creative and collaborative purposes. These include freehand drawing, shapes, arrows, text, and a range of additional functionalities like undo/redo, alignment options, rotation, arrangement choices, and various styling options such as weight and colour. Every participant can view the whiteboard, but only those with 'edit whiteboard' are entitled to use the full range of whiteboard tools.

Fixed
- We resolved an issue wherein documents would fail to open via the content switcher on Whiteboard 2.
- We resolved an issue hindering account owners from unsharing YouToube, Vimeo and Webapp items in the Content Library.
- We resolved an issue wherein the 'active color' set in the branding settings was failing to be applied as expected, when selecting the following icons on the toolbar: Settings, Invite participants, Recordings, Emoji Reactions, Screenshare, Leave/End Session, Microphone, Camera.
- We have fixed an issue wherein participants using a phone to dial into the videoconference were not being added to the count in the Participants panel.
- We have implemented a fix to an issue wherein users demoted to audience would still receive invitations to join a breakout room. Note that these invitations are addressed to speakers only.
- We fixed an issue where moving a folder from the home directory to another location within the Content library panel and then back to the home directory resulted in it not being displayed in the Shared files folder as expected. This issue was causing inconsistency in the visibility of folders within the Shared files folder, which has now been resolved for a smoother user experience.
Mobile
Fixed
- We have fixed an issue affecting users sharing their screen on an iPad 8th Gen and higher. The screenshare stream was being published with too low a resolution, causing poor display quality. The fix should now improve the screensharing experience on those specific iPad models.
